Eliminators on the Market (March 2021)

Interesting topic. I think that some new Eliminator buyers preferred the Courtesy switch panel be installed and functional in the center dash instead of the delete plate. Would this trim variation have been shown on the data plate as ‘A’ ? Or, would this (standard XR7) option have been dealer installed on the Eliminator after dealership delivery? 9F-580695 past owned Eliminator had 5A interior trim, and did have a Courtesy switch panel. Marti reports were yet to be available in the 80’s. Eminger invoice does not list a trim variation during assy line build.

What could they possibly use for the door panels and/or the rear side panels that would not have been a regular production part? If they used the standard or XR7 style panels instead of the decore style that was a part of the 69 Eliminator package those would still be regular production pieces. Even if they used Mustang panels those would still be regular production parts. So did they actually offer some sort of one off custom panels?

Ok, I made a separate post for the 5A vs 5A1 discussion.

This one now shows as sold on ebay for $3750.
