Who was on I 35 just south of Tulsa with a gold XR7 on a trailer?

I was just outside Tulsa on I 35 and noted a nice gold 67 or 68 Cougar on a trailer behind a Dodge white Dodge truck? I thought it may have been Royce, but alas it wasn’t.

Wasn’t me either. I was in a new Lincoln MRK-C. It wasn’t that vehicle unless they changed the rims to the factory five spoke style. I did note the XR7 Badge on the rear roofline.
