Does anyone know the production numbers for 67 cougar gt’s with a 4 speed? Thanks
I’m gunna guess it’s sumpthin like 619 cars. I’m prolly wrong but likely close. That would be a blend of Standard and XR-7 cars.
total GT production was 8,444. That brakes down to 5,791 Standards and 2,653 XR-7s. How ever there were 12,559 “S” code 67 Cougars built. Some 4115 did not have the GT package included in the order.
of those 2607 standards and 905 XR-7s had 4 speeds. Fun fact 339 standards and 84 XR-7s had 3 speeds.

Thank you very much, I thought they might be kinda rare. GT package with a 4 speed in a Cougar I would think would be a bit rather than a Mustang given the luxury appeal of the car. Thanks again
